Final note to say well done to all the workers, Bruce "Sprinklersteen" watering the track on Saturday morning. Di and Dee making sure there was no rubbish left lying around on Monday morning as well as handling the entries, cash and programmes. Linda Broom Clerk of the Course looking out for everybody be they workers or racers. Not forgetting the various half-way and line judges. Mark Jones helping on the traps along with "Strong Arm" Ricky Bently (wow that Man has some Pulling Power (w00t) ).

And of course not forgetting myself for posting the results up on K9 - don't I have spry fingers  .

P.S As for the batons I'll not say a word ... but ask John Weir (w00t) .

well done to Ricky and Mark you did a brill job on the traps as always,Dee and Gary ( he can bake as well). Bert,Jane and Josh who came all the way from portsmouth and back on the day bet you were knackered when you got home after lifting 117 dogs on the scales, Dennis Cockram brill lure driver thanks Dennis. Bruce and Di who landed Wed morning and never stopped till we left this evening, the lure girls the weir girls (sorry Sue and John can't remember their first names) my niece Chloe and her friend Becky they did a great job. Jeff Skinner helping fence the track thanks, John Meades printing programmes, and everyone else who helped out.

Must give a special mention to Richard and Claire (Bruce/Di's daughter and son in law) claire who took charge of keeping the toilets and showers clean fantastic job Claire (what a job to volunteer for) your a saint and Richard he just never stopped for the whole 5 days we were there thanks both of you the sport could do with a few more like you (this couple don't even race a whippet of their own at the moment) proves there are still some good people around.
