hey you, you want to set off the week before, you like a bat you only travel in the middle of the night lol

Well I agree I love the track at worc.

BUT.

the BWRA champs are down there the derby is down devon now it looks as if everyone up here has a lot of travelling to do for any big event.

Iv never said anything about travelling before Iv been all over with midnight run and gold run but I think it would be nice to have a shot at something further up this way. IF A GOOD TRACK COMES UP.

Jackie.

i know what you mean about travling but when you say up hear it means alot of southerns wont be able to compete we travel at least 3-31/2 hours week in week out when u say the derby is down devon (thats 4hrs for me) what about when its been at newton ayclife thats 6hrs for most of us i thought worc was more central for every body

And to take into account the Scotish members would have to do it twice if they run at the BWRA as well.

Is there camping allowed on site or do we have to have a mad search again for camping as well.

If we can camp is there anywhere to get water and empyt the toilet and everything.

i live 3 miles other side of the tyne tunnel which is newcastle upon tyne, it takes us 4 hours to get to old hall and worsc is @ least another hour if not more past there 4 us. i think the mistake people make is that dawdon, horden etc is newcastle well it take us 30 to 40 minutes to get to those tracks.

isnt old hall, blidworth, manton etc the midlands? im not sure as im geography isnt too goood as like i say i thought worcs was south ( well it is to me lol)

It's easy to get confused when you're not from an area, it's not until you've driven the distance than you realise how far/near somewhere is.

When I once told a racer where I lived they said - "Oh so you're what ? An hour, an hour and a half from Newcastle ?"

Sometimes I think it gets confusing as Birmingham is classed as the West Midlands, however when you consider that is the "Midlands" as far as ENGLAND is concerned. But as we know not all our racers live in England and there's another couple of hours drive from Newcastle to reach Kirkcaldy, and there's racers living an hour or so north of there.

Out local radio station always says, "South Yorkshire and the North Midlands" and in the respect of England alone we are the North Midlands.
