No KC Papers?

I can't see what the problem is, taking him with no KC papers. Unless you should want to show him or use him for stud purposes, you are getting him a lot cheaper!
Maybe you could ask for a copy of his pedigree, which may help you trace parents and any health/hereditary problems that they may have, (just out of interest).
Will you neuter him?

Please don't forget that his micro-chip details will need to be handed over to you for change of ownership.
