She's just having a small lump removed Barbara. Not thought to be serious.

Thanks Judy. Try not to worry Dave and Lynn. :luck:

Looking forwards to seeing Penny back on the track soon.

Well that is if I ever manage to get to another open. :( Woody is back at Sandra's again tomorrow morning. He seems to be having a few problems with his skin. Well the bits that we can see. :( It's looking pretty nasty and a tad smelly on the side where the dislocation is and on the other side the strapping has caused a certain amount of skin trauma.

So I've had a snip at the strapping with the sissors to ease matters for him on his good side and stuffed cotton wool onto the weepy/smelly bits that I can reach in the hope that we can stop the skin from further deteriorating. Gawd only knows what the bits of his leg are like that we can't see. :(

Hopefully I've caught it fast and that it'll wait till tomorrow morning when someone who knows what they are doing can help him.

Hope Woody gets better soon.Sounds like it's a bit messy.I had a dog were the skin died after an operation so they had to re-sow it he was fine in the end and you couldnt tell. Look after him and give him lots of TLC and he'll be alright. Still doesnt stop you worrying though.

:luck: with him.

Norman has looked at the ground yesterday and it's looking really good. The grass has been quite long with the Rugby not playing on it for the summer. Anyway they cut it last week so it's pretty soft going which is good for the bend. The dogs ran well on it last sunday and we've had no hot weather to dry it out so should be perfect ground for running on this Sunday. Good luck to all who are coming up. Those arriving early give us a ring so we can open the gates for you. I'll Pm you Norman's mobile number.
