Hi everybody has any1 got any idea how id get a dog sent from the mainland to northern ireland, i am currently looking into getting a collie greyhound can any1 recommend anything for me?

Hi there, do you mean you've already found a dog you want brought over? Others may well have a better way, but only way I've known of it done is for say the breeder of the pup to come to a ferry port closest to them (dependant on where they are located) and the new owner to have travelled across as foot passenger, collect the pup then travel back.

Maybe someone else could suggest a better way :thumbsup: It would'nt be a long flight but there is a lot of faffing about, think myself ferry would be better option.

Ive transported dogs both ways over the years, by 2 main greyhound transporters, both very good, couldnt fault them, clean vans, always on time, :thumbsup:

wat price does it cost from england to n.ireland and wat are the companys names would be interested in them for bringing a good lurcher over.

Hi,

Sent a saluki over to UK before Christmas, cost £70. Very pleased with the service, the guy kept in constant contact with myself and the person getting the bitch to let us know whawas happening regarding travel times etc. In work at the moment so don't have his details but if you want to email me I'll get them for you,
