LYNDA WAS ASKED BY A FEW PEOPLE AT OLD HALL FOR DIRECTIONS TO THE TRACK AS THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A RUN ON IT BEFORE CHAMPIONSHIPS. THE TRACK WE ARE CURRENTLY RACING ON RUNS PARALLEL WITH THE ONE WE WILL BE USING FOR THE CHAMPS WHICH WONT BE USED UNTILL THE CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND. EVERYONE IS STILL WELCOME TO RACE OR TRIAL WEIGH IN TILL 6.30. TRIALS FROM 5PM. DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH LEAVE M1 JUNC 29A END OF SLIP RD. GO STRAIGHT OVER ROUNDABOUT FOLLOWING A 6192 STAVELY OVER 2ND ROUNDABOUT ALONG THE RD. FOR ABOUT A MILE TAKE FIRST LEFT ONTO THE GROVE ( SIGNPOSTED POOLSBROOK) FIRST LEFT ONTO STAVELY RD. AT THE END OF THE RD. TURN LEFT INTO CAR PARK. FROM THE NORTH ITS AS EASY TO GO TO JUNC 29A AS ITS ONLY A MILE FURTHER ON THAN JUC 30 BUT FROM JUNC 30 AT END OF SLIP RD. TURN LEFT AT ROUND ABOUT TAKE 4TH EXIT A 619 CHESTERFIELD TWO MILE ALONG THE RD. AS YOU GET INTO STAVELY TURN LEFT AT MOTORSAVE CAR SALES ( SIGN POSTED POOLSBROOK COUNTRY PARK) ONTO FAN RD. STRAIGHT OVER R/ABOUT PAST BOTH ENTRANCES TO THE PARK ON THE RIGHT AFTER 2ND ENTRANCE TURN RIGHT ONTO STAVELY RD. TAKE 2ND RIGHT STILL ON STAVELY RD. AT END OF RD TURN LEFT INTO CAR PARK EVERYONE IS WELCOME

Nice easy track to find les directions spot on track nice uphill nice soft good test of dog stay power good turn out tonight I'm sure les will put result on credit to les the work is put in I wish we run on these track every week save the dogs stoppers look forward to next week

Swallownest is J32 (?) if memory serves correctly. You'll be there in no time 25 mins probably the best estimate (I wasn't exactly driving at the speed limit last time I did the journey :- ).

MY DIRECTIONS 4 SWALLOWNEST ARE JUNCTION 31 AND MY DIRECTIONS 4 NORTH NOTTS/DERBY/POOLSBROOK R JUNCTION 30. I EXPECT WE WILL JUST FOLLOW EVERYONE ELSE LOL :wacko: THOSE DIRECTIONS R FROM NEWCASTLE

From Swallownest it is J31 going SOUTH, not 32 you were right, but off again at J29a as this route is easier for a first time visitor than J30.

I think they have altered the slip road where you come of for Swallownest Carol it is still sign posted A57 WORKSOP I will go that way when I take traps over tomorrow and check it out
