Hi all merry xmas and new year

just want to let you all old hall members know when the AGM is

we have arranged it for the 18th january after racing which is about 1.00pm and if you know of members that hav'nt got access to k9 please pass this information on.

And then barbara ( if still on the committe?) will take memberships as from the 25th janaury any problems just give us a bell numbers in the whippet news

Hi Donna, hope you had a lovely xmas with Lucy.

I now there has been a note up in the tea hut with the date of the clubs agm. In W/ news on the back page it says its the regions agm, Just wanted to let you know I did not book this date, yours was already booked anyway it must be a mistake.

I have been on holiday and Sheila asked me if this date would be ok and she would ring Chris to put it in the whippet News Old Hall at the time had not arranged a date. I had a phone call the other day to see if we could have on the 25th of January, which at the present time i'm trying to sort in between work.

i know but i had to arrange ours round my work and if we dint do it 18 it would be feb before i next get a sunday off
