I'm sure you refer to the dogs names from the past, before anyone starts a War!

More please :D

Thanks for the photos Mark, it's really interesting to see them - keep them coming!

The Lady in the white coat is Mrs Mary Sheffield, this photo was taken in 1987 when she was the grand age of 91. I remember her when I was a young boy starting in Whippets, I thought she was the first person to ever own a whippet because she seemed so old to an 8 year old boy!!

Awesome photo's  Great to see such fantastic dogs from yesteryear.

How awesome still being at a show at 91, it gives me goosebumps.

There was a rose named after Mary Sheffield which was sold to whippet exhibitors.

I doubt anyone still has one though :(

It is odd to see Phil winning the CC and judging dogs in 1995

Chapeltown? - it does remind me but it doesn't 'feel' right - I recognised the chap as your 'Old Man' Mark, and Mary Sheffield - BUT who is the other woman is she a whippet person (doubt it)?

Great Photo's, thankz

I've only ever seen one pic of Quadrille - it is so nice to see one of him from a different angle. Got any more of him Mark?

Thanks for all the pics by the way - great to see them.

Super pictures & super memories Mark and good to see dear old Capo. That is a very dear memory for me as Frank agreed to me using him, and encouraged it, but sadly he died just as my bitch came into season. But Molly insisted that Frank wanted the mating so days after his funeral we visited and from that mating came my beautiful ( & very extrovert) Huntinghill Lladro Longing. It was good to read about his life after leaving England too, thanks.

At the WCW Champ Show we have some very interesting photo albums on view, now they raise a giggle too, its good to see the dogs, their handlers (and some of them very young junior handlers :- " ) and the clothes!

Keep them coming Mark as its great to remember the dogs of 'old', and their handlers, and also useful for pedigree reference. By doesn't the old man look young

:teehee:
