Thank you all for your kind messages, Tracy has been helped so much by the kind words.

Ollie was operated on this morning.

The middle joint of his 2nd toe was split in two, requiring a pin & 3 wires to stabilise it.

He is now home receiving the royal treatment an injured whippet deserves,

& being closly attended by Jake who is delighted to be reunited with his brother.

Tracy is coping well & is relieved by the skill & expertise of her orthopaedic vet.

Now follows 4 weeks of trying to keep him still,

not eay with Ollie who is a ball-aholic (w00t)

He is proudly sporting a big blue bandage which secures his spilint

but he is already trying to weight bear, what a star!

Glad to hear they're all bearing up well, sounds like you've been a great support to her. Wish her well from all of us :huggles:

Big kiss for Ollie to help him get better and one for Jake, just cos he's lovely.

Glad to hear Ollie has come through his op and is now well on the road to recovery.

Jenny

Gee Beth, that IS a tough question!

I think we may need a poll to decide :teehee:

Unfortunately I did not take my camera today, so have no evidence to show you!

Big :huggles: to Zephyr from Ollie, Jake & the Jasbri Jangle

Oh missed this thread!

Hope Ollie is really recovering well now - bless him, poor little soldier! The poor tennis ball is going to be a bit lonely for a while :(

Lots of hugs to him and also to Zephyr - love that photo Beth! Hope he is healing up well too :luck:
