Awwww....I've had many a lovely walk alongside the estuary!  My Mum lives in Patrington and she often walks her dog along the Humber.  Your pics bring back happy memories. :)

I'm not far from Patrington, in fact the lab in the pics is from the next village. We were walking near Paull, but sometimes walk near Patrington also. Might bump into your mum, what dog does she have?

The girls that worked their full time...were mortified to find out Id been out for about an hour in the rain with the dogs, BEFORE Id gone to work....
Yep, I get that all the time too  Especially as I tend to walk Tina for an hour at about 5am too before I start work :- " Best time of day...nobody else about and TONS of wildlife  Zillions of bunnies to tease Tina and, on Wednesday morning, a couple of Roe Deer next to the allotments

I'm going to invest in a pair of wellies tho as my poor trainers are soggy and squelch as I walk  I hate wearing coats between May - October as a general rule as I get so hot & sticky and they are a pain to carry - if the forecast is showers I'll just pack an umbrella in my doggy bag :D
