OK folks, I give up. I have been to the Isle of Man on holiday with my Mum, and I have seen the Lady Isabella waterwheel, but I haven't a clue who Lady Isabella (the whippet) is! Can someone please enlighten this foreigner as to parentage, dob etc.? You may all know her but I cannot find her in my own database or on the Whippet Archive either.
Help please!
Lanny
Hi Lanna,
As you are aware I live on the Isle of Man, when we had our litter, I wanted to give all the pups Manxs name and wanted a manx prefix but they had all been used, so we just gave them Manx show names.
Laxey Lady Isabella - Lucy
King Orry - Billy
Douglas Boy -
Peel Juan Lad - Juan
Sire is Watcar Snow Storm breed by Mr & Mrs P Carter
Dam is Taylors Ramsey Girl breed by Mrs S Clarke
Both from the Blackpool area.
I hope this has helped
Janetta
