just back from the vets with bow, vet recons we are getting ther and put him on regular anti-s for a week to be sure, hes told me to keep up the feeding routine and to monitor his drinking.

he souldnt be contagious after next week so fingers crossed the other dogs dont get it now.

good news this mornign, bows motions are normal, he lively and responcive, things looking good finished the first course of anti-biotics and starting the second just to be sure.

he has moved back in with the others

was deffo parvo, im not sure which strain your rotties had,as ther is a few going round and i also think it can be different for pups and adult dogs. bow would have some protection from it cuz he was vaxinated, but im not sure if the way i treated him could have worked for yours.

bow is back to his old self, eating well and drinkin on his own. on course of antis to make sure the virus is gone.

The whole country is coming down with Parvo at the minute,so beware,and get youre dogs n puppies all innoculated

The one thing I fear, in keeping dogs. I had a vaccinated Jack russle a few years back get it, and too this day I have never seen something so ill, only 6 months old as well. But he did pull through.

Mt cousine's norfolk has just got over viles, he said that was not a pretty site. Cost him £1500 as well.

you did a great job caring for your dog.
