Very interested to know the past judges of whippets at Crufts. Are you good people among them and what year? Am I talking to the elite of the whippet world? :blink:

Sorry, obviously a boring topic.

I thought it would be educational to see who had judged when and what dogs had gained ccs at crufts. A good way to see how "fashions" have changed over the years. I did try to search for the info but came up with nothing.

I'm such a NUMPTY.

No it's not boring, but most of us were probably in bed, or busy with our dogs to reply yet. I'm sure lots of people will reply but a great source of information are the Whippet Champion's books. I'm not sure how many K9'ers have judged at Crufts, but I'm sure those who have will reply. I'm not quite sure what constitutes the 'elite of the whippet world', but I think it would be difficult to find a more comprehensive group of whippet lovers in one place.

It was fantastic to win my first ever CC at Crufts and after only two years showing Whippets.

Rico won anther three CC's before retiring from the ring - he is now 13 yrs old and showing his age.
