Well done for getting her a thorough check over - what a little star she is - it's good that they have discovered her heart defect so they can take it in to consideration when she's spayed.

Hope nothing else turns up with the pre op checks and urine sample.

lots of :huggles: 's to her and to your original three for being so accepting of her - whippets are a great breed!

I'm sure she'll put on loads of weight now she has no stress and good food :huggles:

Aww bless her - can we get rid of your annoying bug now that you need to fill the space in your signature with Poppy pics? :- " :D

oh poor baby,

have they said she needs medication or anything?

i really think you should consider reporting this woman now you know that poppy has been completley neglected.

sending lots of luck for the tests results :luck: :luck:

Maybe she didnt like the rubbish she was being fed before thats why she was fussy. Makes you wonder why some people have dogs doesnt it. O yes the money from the pups silly me

She looks so gentle hope she settles in ok

Hi Nicky,

I can't believe it!! those f***ers im sorry!! she must have been terrified at times not knowing what was coming next, too much for her little heart

These BASTARDS can't be allowed to have another dog!!! what are we going to do!!!

Sorry Nicky im just so upset about her!! but i know she is going to be fine with you and your lovely family

I am so pleased she has now seen the vet. I am sure that between your TLC and the vet care she will come on in leaps and bounds. Fancy a heart murmur and 6 litters of pups   I know you know your vet well, but he is aware of sight-hounds needing extra care re: anasthetics isn't he? Just can't help but mention it, but I am sure you and vet do know all that, so I don't mean to offend.

So looking forward to see her come on in the next few weeks.

Are your Whips okay with a new member of the house-hold? I guess it is easier to bring a new one to add to 3 than a second dog really.

:luck: :luck: & :huggles:
