KEEP OFF THE STINKIN THINGS KEITH....

they say its never too late,so go for it keith.

as you know i gave up 17 months ago and still from time to time could murder one,but the temptation soon passes,i also joined a web site quitnet which clocks up how much you save ,how many fags not smoked and so on,well to date ive saved £4000 and not smoked over 18000 fags which spears me to continue,(i was smoking 35 a day)

remember how bad that appetite gets :( so you know you could put on weight ),also your breathing should get better, mine as to a certain extent.

so why not give it another try its a lot better for your wallet too.

good luck keith :luck: :luck: :luck:

I say give it a go. Never too late

You're a popular chappie on here so you'll always have plenty of good vibes going your way whenever you need them :luck: :huggles:

its never to late i had been smoking for 28 years, told everyone i was giving it up one day, they all said yer right ,i was on roll ups 40 a day that was 7 years ago i ve not had one nor do i want one.

the first 3 days are the hardest thats the craving then it is just a case of breaking the habit you might find yourself trying to smoke pens ,pencils :) your taste buds start to work your breathing is better but that takes longer it takes time to get rid of the tar in your lungs.

i hope you stay off them good luck

Tony

you might as well stop, with the ban coming in its just going be harder to smoke.

Wonder what they will ban next?? :- "

Give it a go............

I quit my 40 a day habit last year before these new laws got a

grip................

I hate being told what to do

never mind nicky,it will happen one day when you least expect it,i never planned giving up it just happened

Keep at it keith, i packed in 3 years ago i was smoking a 2oz pack of baccy every 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was rushed into hospital with major problems and after a life saving operation i decided i'd never have another fag. I kno whave a better apertite and feel much better in myself i have lots more energy and i dont' smell like an ash tray.

goodluck mate

don't do it Keith ! my OH has smoked for ever and just stopped before Christmas last year, not touched one since.

In 48 hrs the nicotine is out of your system, as time goes on your healthy positive chances get better, yes it's defo worth stopping, never too late. :luck:

Still havent had one, dunno if its all in the mind or what, but i feel much better, but now my appetite has gone mental, ive always been a good eater, went down the village bout half hr ago, theres this little home made bakery, sell pis, cakes, mmmm, i wanted a little custard, only had large ones, size of a dinner plate, £2 20p, i sat in my car and walloped the lot, but was spotted by a nosey neighbour saying she's gonna tell my lady, how low can you get

 keith

Well done Keith  keep it up, if the cakes get you through it, then so be it, good excuse to burn it off and get out with the dogs more!!
