SO YOU ARE ASKING MEMBERS TO VOTE US OUT OF A CLUB THAT WE ARE NOT MEMBERS OF, WITHOUT A MEETING OF THE MEMBERS SO WE CAN ANSWER THE POINTS MADE, IF YOU WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN WHY NOT AFTER THE MEETING THE NEW FED HAVE CALL, WHY NOW,??

OK i'm going to poke my nose in probably were it's not wanted but here goes and i'll take the slating that will probably follow.
Being a ped racer it doesn't involve me so I probably have no right to comment but i've followed these threads for some time (on the net & Whippet news) and to me there just seems to be more & more bad feeling building up.

surely there must be a way that everyone can come out of this with their dignity intact and without anyone loosing face.

is there no way you could bring in an outside person who in no way involved in non ped racing if need be to act as a mediator and everyone get round a table and sort it out in an adult way (without throwing things) surely that way you could all move forward and continue to enjoy the sport you all so obviously love with a passion.

just my thoughts as an indipendant observer.

Well Yvonne what a terrible liar you are. I have sat back and read a lot of what's been said lately mainly because I am too ill to really want to get involved anymore with your crusade. You stated that you have victimised nobody, what a short memory you have. Why don't we start with Gill Hardy who you would deliberately shove against the toilet walls at an open and say "come on then slag" when you thought no-one could hear, or when you were stood at the side whilst Jane Poole was running, with Tony, for the local running club and calling her a cheat, yes other runners in the race are local to me and not deaf either. Your problem Yvonne is that you are not wrong on anything, but every body else is. You saw yourself as a Godmother of whippet racing and don't like the idea of being dethroned.

You well know shes very ill and she is not going to get better, that is why she can no longer go away weekends with me. And it breaks her heart. But evan though I dont like going without her she insists saying its not fair stoping the girls from doing the very thing thay love.

You have a very nasty mouth and you are getting very personal now. I know Paul will go mad at me when she reads this post. As she never moans about being ill and hates anyone thinking she is ,but its time people realised what a foul nasty mouth you have.

i have also kept out of this one , but after reading the last few posts , i honestly could not believe what i was reading. to think any human being can stoop this low was unbelievable. you only yvonne could do this -victomize a woman in a wheel chair with ill health,also a man with a disability,only you could stoop low enough to get under a snakes belly. I think most members through out the country know ken and Pauline ..for people who do not Pauline shes in a wheelchair 24/7 her condition will never improve only get worse..she used to be able to walk and was a sister of a intensive care ward , many moons ago now.

Ken her husband lost his leg about 5 years ago and has to wear a false one , and i might add is in alot of pain all the time with it , he also gets very tired.

They both used to travel up and down the country racing the much beloved dogs , but as Paulina's condition deteriorates(sp) she cannot manage to go racing most of the time, which i know she misses.

So kens spot on when he said Paulina's worth a 100000 of you , these people have been true friends to myself and Gary alot of years.

As a total outsider I'd like to just say that there have been things said on here that have gone way too far.

I'd like to suggest that when certain people who can't write for shouting post on here that the rest of you simply ignore their rantings. It's not worth the upset and the abuse that some of you are getting.

Having followed this argument for some time now there is simply no point in continuing it as it's never going to be resolved and is just going to continue to get more nasty.

I am appalled at the comment re Pauline not going racing. I'd like to think that the person who made it didn't know why she can no longer go but ...........................

Ive just come home from work and have read through some of the comments.

I think all this is now getting a bit too personal and i have received complaints about the way the topic is going.

I dont want to have to moderate/delete/lock any topics, but personal and hurtful comments are out of order.

Just received letter from BWRA National Secretary John Fitzpatrick stating a petition from 50 members has been received to ban Tony & Yvonne from racing at any BWRA events. A meeting has been called for on the 30th May at 11 o clock . Two members from each region have to put there names forward for this meeting.The reasons given are as follows

1  For non payment of Drug Testing

2  Bringing the sport into disrepute on the internet

3  Not accepting the result of Hellbounds drug test

4 The way they have belittled the top table.

Come on how much further is this going to carry on Drug Payments have nothing to do with the BWRA

Internet has anybody read the internet lately a lot has been said by many people which could be said was bringing the sport into disrepute

Hellbounds drug test. was dealt with at the meeting at Asforby last year and they got a warning this should now be forgotten

As for belittling the top table i can not comment on. But if it was at the meeting at Asfordby I was there and Tony & Yvonne just stated there case

I have seen the two of them at about 4 opens and they have conducted themselves with great dignity. Not staying for presentations ( I was asked to collect there winnings on there behalf as they were staying at Tonys mums.

Leaving so no conflict could be injuced by alcohol.

Im not saying things could be better if the fed gear was handed over but everthing is now over running into the BWRA Paul resigning what next  Is it worth paying any subs are we going to have something to race for I wonder

Yvonne, so far I have kept out of this argument but the time has come I feel, like many others, have to say something. Your comments regarding Bob (who is seriously ill) and Pauline and Ken (who both have disabilities) were disgusting. So far only two clubs are trying to ban you both, but if you keep up your continual resentment over your drug test result from the BWRA and failing to co-operate with the NEW NWRF you are digging yourselves deeper and deeper into a whole so big there will be no way back. The way things are going ALL CLUBS OVER THE COUNTRY WILL BAN YOU and if this is the case you will have nobody to blame but yourselves. Is it really worth all this hassle - just accept the BWRA result and the written warning you had , afterall you were NOT BANNED. Unlike the NWRF you ran anyone would have been banned.

Stop and think before you speak and slag other members off as the old saying goes "A STILL TONGUE AND A WISE HEAD".

Just remember when you banned people, they tried to "state" their case and you were NOT interested - so now you know how they felt

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH ALL THAT HONEYBEE HAS SAID; IF IT IS THE KEEPING OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT IS CAUSING ALL THIS BOTHER THEN WHY NOT HAND IT OVER AND TRY AND ARRANGE A MEETING LIKE MARK HAS SUGGESTED BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE AND YOU END UP BANNED FROM ALL REGIONS......

IT REALLY IS NOT VERY NICE WHEN YOU START AND CALL PEOPLE LIKE KEN AND PAULINE, WHO HAVE WORKED TIRELESSLY OVER THE YEARS FOR THE WHIPPET RACING COMMUNITY AND PROBABLY ONLY DOING WHAT MEMBERS WANT..... PLEASE RETHINK ??
