I have posted pics on the forum before with no problem but now I cannot. The message is the the file is too big. Am now very confused.

Could, would someone please explain to me, in 'untrained monkey' simple terms with no assumptions that I would know what to do next, on how to post pics? Literally, step by step, keystroke by keystroke, please..... Julie (the dolt)

Right click on the photo

and select open in,

scroll down to paint,

click on paint,

at the top of the page there is a tab IMAGE,

click on that,

then scroll down to strech and skew.

Click on strech & skew,

in there reduce to 20%

click ok

now save to any other file.

Hope this helps

Aarrrggghhhh Julie... Thank you but eh?

I don't have anything that says paint or skew....

I used to get pics up by hitting browse at the bottom of this page, then find the image I wanted. hit open and then add this attachment, then ADD REPLY.

Why is it not the same now? Julie - the very computer challenged......

Are you sure you don't have paint ? thought all pc's had it !

The pictures have to be resized before you hit the browse button on here.

As far as i know it is the same and hasn't changed. Have another look for paint , then you can go on to strech and skew

Don't give up :)

Thank you, I shall keep wrestling with the problem. If I canot get my head around it, anyone here I can send my pics to for posting, please.. (image me grovelling now on hands and knees) Julie

All pix must be in jpeg and under 75kb.

Aha... methinks that might just be the prob. Many, many thanks. (bowing and grovelling heading out the door backwards now)

Shall have yet another go at it.

How many Julie Juley et al are there here. Thank Heavens they/we stick together. Ta muchly. Jules

Thank you, thank you, thank you, ..... so easy.... must remember 75!!!!!!

Now, please admire my lovely pup. Are you all green with envy?!!.....

I think a small thank you may be in order.........I'll take Roo, shall I  . She is lovely, I love her collar too. :huggles:

Well done for posting the picture

Roo is beautiful

Now you know how to post pictures, you have no excuse to show us lots more of Roo :- "

Miss Roo thanks Julie and Juley for kind comments and wishes all to know she will allow her style collar to become available to the public, in particular those with mothers called Julie in any of its many forms!

Really, I have just got back into leatherwork and started making collars this time. If you are interested, I need some measurements - base of neck and widest part of head. Julie and Roo

Wow i didn't realise you had made the collar, clever you

Do you have a website ?

If not can you put some pictures of the collars you have made ?

No website yet, but I will get a group of pics together and post them. But please feel free to contact me if you want a collar - just describe what you'd like and I shall get stitching. Julie

Thank you for kind words about my girl. If you would like a collar, just send me some measurements! Julie
