hi,l have a 10mth lurcher girl, who has started to do a wee on her bed.she is really a clean dog,it started three days ago when she greeted me in the morning she weed on the floor and then later in the day on my sofa , when we were about go out for a walk.So both times she was excited.l have now noticed a couple of little wees on her bed. This happened when she was about four months old,the vet thought it could be cystitis he gave her antibiotics. She does not show signs of any pain when she urinates out for a walkl have got some more antibotics from the vet.Could she be coming in season.Has anyone else had this problem ,any advice would be ahelp thanks

When our lurcher boy was the same age as yur bitch, he also had a problem in that he would dribble urine when he was excited - especially when greeting people etc. It lasted a couple of months and was never any more than a little dribble of urine - eventually he grew out of it! Can't be of any more use I'm afraid but good luck with your girl - any pics?

When you say she had a wee...was it a full wee or just a little dribble???

If its little dribbles it could be excitement and they often grow out of it.

If its a full wee, did the pup have a full bladder, is the wee discoloured or smelly??

If the wee is discoloured or smelly then it could be infection, then it best to get her looked at.
