our molly is nearly 10 years old and as just started with incontinence, she as small leaks of urine when she is sleeping :( , been to the vets and as perscribed propalin syrup for her, there as been good results immediately which is great  ,but im wondering if theres any long term problems that could occur as she will be on this for the rest of her life. anybody have any knowledge of this medication or are using it for their dog.

Inca has been on that Pat and had very good results.

She started on it 3 times a day and at quite a high dose, it went to twice a day after 2 months and once a day after another 2 months.

She's now on a maintenance dose of once a month and she hasn't had any accidents for ages now.

It was Mr.Marsden we saw with her and he's well pleased with the out come.

It might be cos Inca's a smaller dog and smaller amounts suited her better???

I know what you mean about Mr.Marsden, we saw him last night with Inca and he didn't even charge a consult fee.
