Hi all so Luna my huskita cross malnois is nearly 5 months and she’s very bitey. It’s not aggressive I don’t think it’s like she wants to play with her mouth and then she gets over excited and she will draw a bit of blood. When I come home from work she’s after my feet and hands something chronic, someone is with her most of the day so she’s not on her own but I’m unsure of the best method to deal with the mouthing she is doing.

I know she needs a lot of training, she knows sit, down and her recall is 50/50. Would teaching her to leave help?

Any pointers will be great. My husky I had was a dream to train he was amazing. Luna is very strong willed.

Thanks

With the different breeds she has in her you really need her to have bite inhibition this is so important for our dogs to be soft mouthed and know when enough is enough ..they normally get this by 6 months if you've had them from young pups ...one of my boys is great the other has to be reminded when he grabs my wrist which happens very rarely now but they can both nibble my nails without hitting...
She is lovely looks very malinio...:)
