We had our 6 month old pup neutered on Friday. I've noticed today his scrotum is a little red. Has anyone had any experience with this. He's okay in himself and eating and drinking and doesn't appear to be in any pain. The actual incision is okay too. Thanks for any advice.

Hi there,
I had mine done the day after he turned 6 months old. He was red, swollen and bruised in that area for at lease 4-5 days before it started to go down, so don't worry this is perfectly normal.
Just keep an eye on it and do keep his cone on until the vet tells you to take it off. If he becomes distressed or seems in pain then by all means take him back to the vets, but what you have described is nothing to be concerned about.
