I do like Eric and it could always be Eric with a K - ERIK which is Norwegian although every time you called him you would have to call the whole thing 'Erik with a K' so everyone knew it was Norwegian and not just English but no problems there me thinks.

This little one was going to be Percy but she didn't have the right equipment so she's a Gracie.

I went for Taran, its a lovely name and I like names with meaning. He is such a beautiful puppy, the deepest of blacks and is eyes are such a deep black too. One day when I can afford to buy a whippet puppy of my very own, I hope he'll look just like that, what a beautiful boy whatever his name is :wub:
 
Taran, easy to call, Ash not so good, I think Taran and Tyg go together well. Good luck with him, he looks adorable and I am jealous :lol:

never mind the name...when are you getting him???????

I would be beside myself with impatience.. :wub: he's lovely..if he was mine I'd call him Mouse!!! ( I've always wanted a whippet called Mouse, in fact my next whippet will be Mouse :lol: )
 
Wish I knew when I was getting him ... if Mrs Quickslip doesn't organise her next trip south soon I shall be forced to cross the border into Scotland and liberate him lol

PS Mouse is a lovely name, but maybe more for a girl than a boy? Someone else suggested Moose, and I like that too lol

Well hellllooooo i eventually made it to the dark side, not that i havnt been a member for ever. Well young lady i think the least you can do is call the young duug a true Scottish name, considering where hes from, WTG Shona you comeing back here. Hes lovely Annie forget the other names if you cant call him a good scottish name then it has to be ERIC. Speak to you soon....... :p

He will be travelling to meet his new mummy tomorrow

We will be meeting at Gretna so Annie will be liberating him on Scottish soil xx
