We used to have a cocker spaniel bitch who also had a favourite "baby" - a small teaddy bear with a squeak in it that she had from a small pup. She loved this teddy to bits and would wash it until it was wet through - when we used to put it in the washing machine for a clean she used to sit and watch it going round the washing cycle and then would sit and look at it drying on the clothes line!!! She had this teddy all her life and when she died at the age of 12 we buried it in the garden with her.

Aww that's so :'( ........It is an endearing habit :huggles: .........Mousy has been washed twice (so far).......First time Connie jumped a good 4 foot to grab him off the line :wacko: ......

My lot never destuff any of their toys ........I think it stems from having the odd "accidental" kill :oops: :- " , as they aren't "allowed" to destuff live :b
