thought i would come on here and tell you all that my little darling skys finished after just one race yesterday

her feet are all busted up again,a bad dislocated toe on the front right foot poor little buggers foots all swelled up,and back one split.

anyway had a word with sandra and between us have decided to retire her,shes got nothing to prove as shes done it all and should of done a bit more!

her feet have been her downfall and i have always said her feet will finish her and they have..

shes been a pleasure to run,from the day i went and brought her home from scotland,i will always be in sandras debt for getting me her back.thanks sandra..

and those who know her know she is a total head case in them boxes,i have seen her open a trap and run up and i have had to put her back in,so thats it..

she never leaves my side so thats all us finished now..cheers and good luck to you all for the rest of the year.kenny,chris n dan.x

Sorry to hear my fav running mate has hung up her racing jackets, we have had many a good race on tracks all over the country and she has always given her all.....a class bitch without a doubt. just think Sky no more diets and all the sausages u can eat!!!!

Sorry to read Sky is injured but respect your decision to retire. Racing is a short period of time in comparison to a dogs life and I think those golden years are best enjoyed for both dog and owner if they don't have any bad injuries haunting them.

Whilst racing is a short time, she made her mark, was considered strong competition to run against and goes down in history as a champion dog.

thanks for that pet,im pleased she didnt have a bitch joyce,im out of it now..thanks for your kind comments about our sky her feet are knackered.

but will keep an eye on my boys i heard good reports about artys boys levi and sam cant wait to read about them..you take care pet
