I think there will be some very fast whippets bred out of these two dogs after all ViVs Quest is throwing some beautifull pups...... I watched some run at Blidworth and they had brilliant trapping abbilities just like their Dad :huggles:

In reply to the comments about Viv's quest and showtime, Vivs quest pups are only just getting into adult racing, so it is no surprize the his pups are only starting to come through. In Nigels opinion he must have thought Viv's quest would combine with showtime to produce, a bit more leg I would have thought, And It is Nigels choice to use any dog he likes, without snide, petty remarks from people who cannot show thier own names and who have no other motive apart from causing trouble amougest K9 posters. You should try and get life, that means if you have nothing nice to say then dont say it keep your very out of place opinions to your self.

PS Good luck to all breeders regardless of who you Breed with, Im sure there will be another Dasher in there somewhere, thats for the the bad mouthers that probably will not know that one of the best all time racers came from a pretty normal stud dod and bitch Seico x Morning Star. You never know?

Piglet, All stud dogs are average till they have proved themselves. & by the way that pups out of Vivs Quest are running he has proved himself to be a very good stud dog. All stud dogs are good if they get plenty of bitches.

Anyway the biggest deciding factor is the bitch.

We saw some nice Vivs Quest pups on sunday at the team champs

As a new person to Non-Ped racing and a part time participee at the Gin Pit (shifts allowing) we as a family have got two Vivs quest pups,Jack(stonecold) and Tom(connors lass).Hopefully over the coming months we as a family will get to train and school both pups into being racing dogs.The people we have met at the Gin Pit and a couple of meetings we have been to have been absolutley great ,and have offered nothing but support and friendship.The comments on this thread and numerous other threads i've read in the non ped section, are almost unbelievable to me and my family.The negative posts from Piglet and Delboy are in my opinion totally unjustified,but just go to show how shallow some people can be.Should we ditch any hopes of training "our boys"into becoming racers or should we take encouragement from Vicky and Keith at the gin pit.We believe the second choice is the one for us and our pointy eared dogs.So Piglet your ass will soon be bacon and Delboy you better get a faster car than that three wheeler because my dogs are gonna prove you wrong. 8)
