After being told my name was being banded about on the internet by Markbrick, and not being one to be draged into a slanging match I think it's time for some facts. Racing against Tigger, a dog who won over 23in racing titles everywhere including Champion of Champions at Weston Park in 2004 and 2005, ran 325yards in 18.75 secs and ran top heat at Newton Abbot Greyhound track even though he was a whippet x greyhound - MARK'S DOG NO CHANCE! Racing Ellie, a dog that never lost a lurcher race in 2006 including over 23in Champion of Champions at Weston Park 2006, also runs as a No Limit whippet competing against the best and winning several titles - MARK'S DOGS NO CHANCE!! Raced Ash only once, first slip Ash was distracted by someone stamping their feet and whistling, second slip Ash won by 6 lengths - MARK'S DOGS NO CHANCE!!! As far as racing under 23in dogs, if there was a faster dog lurcher racing than Rose McCoy's Tori in 2006 I never came across it. This dog is a litter sister to my Ellie - MARK'S DOGS NO CHANCE In coursing Mark was knocked out at Weston Park by my dog Ash, was beaten in a qualifier in Cornwall for Weston Park by Ash. Your lamping "friend" Les Paris has just told me when you go lamping you lamp 3 dogs a night and sometime you dont even catch anything! When people really knew about lamping in the 70's and 80's they only ever used one dog at a time. Competition was more than lamping Mark there was ferreting,mooching and some walked up hare coursing.It was run off in Cheshire courtesy of Kev Rowlands.The fields in Cheshire don't allow for 100yds law with hares.I agree would be great to have the competition back.

Its not 3 dogs he needs to catch to catch 60 rabbits,cause me thinks its 3 nights,he needs,and can i just add.I hope youre still around next year 2008,cause thats when i'll be back propper,as i dont put my pups through the kind of abuse that some people ,apparently have no problem in doing.My nephew is top dog warden in my area,and he has had people in court for less abuse,and as ive said on another thread several times before.A pup is like a child,and needs a puppyhood,just like a child needs a childhood.Then and only then should they go to work.Me thinks these pups of Mark's must v been born running up the field,cause it definately looks like they never had a puppyhood.They wont stick the pace,so it will probibly be ,they would have beat this dog ,and they would have stuffed that one,but somethins happened to them ,and they wont chase the lure anymore,or whatever.Or maybe they'll just be too tired killing 60 rabbits a night .Come on Mark .Catch a grip. (or get youre pups to catch it)
