Due to excessive drinking and urination, we took Ollie for a blood test.

The result is that he has either a misfunctioning kidney or kidney damage. Apparently, the range of markers in the blood is one to four, one being the least serious, four the most. The vet has advised us to fed him only renal pet food. She recommended either Purina or Royal Canine.

Does anybody have any advice?

Many thanks in advance.

Many thanks for your reply. Ollie used to weigh 13.8 kilos but is now down to 10.8. He looks skinny. I've tried raw food but he'll only eat a little of it. He is now even refusing bits of chicken and sausages. He just picks at them. The vet advised us that eating anytime is better than nothing.
