Every year my landlord inspects the rental properties and i'm terrified. Bax isn't great with strangers when I'm not there and I'm just seeing eviction looming because he bit one of them. i posted signs asking them to not go in there but i seem to recall reading somewhere that a landlord has to be able to access all parts of the apartment.... sigh.... oh well. i dont know when he's coming, it'll just be in the next 3 days sometimes but im on egg shells.

Surely they have to let you know a time and date? You could be working and they couldn’t expect you to wait in for 3 days? If you could get a time slot you could arrange for Bax to be elsewhere for a while ;)

Can you get in touch with your landlord to explain, saying that Bax is absolutely fine when you're there, but not otherwise? He might then agree to come round when you're able to be there, e.g. weekends or evenings. I know it's difficult for you to get time off, but a sympathetic boss might let you slip out for a while too.

yeah the scheduled time is "any time while im working from wed-fri"
