As upset as Linda is at the moment, she should take some comfort in the fact Annie will live on in her offspring. Namely, Kangaroo Jack, Ludacris, Polysaurus and Little Doll. It's futher comforting that Annie got to see her first grand-children and revelled in nannying Izzy & Duffy.

I hope you don't mind me adding this Linda but I got a few pictures that night of Annie when she come to the Gin Pit with her pregnant daughter Tilly. Whilst Annie was a right character trying to lick the lens and knock me over and all sorts, I managed to get a nice pik of her with her daughter in the background, I hope with time it gives you some comfort.

Sorry to hear this sad news Linda. Cherish all the good times you experienced with Annie and remember her memory lives on with Tilly, Izzy & Duffy.

RIP Annie

thanks for all your lovely comments about ANNIE she was an adorable 56lb lump bred by Malcolm Clark out of CRAZY CRACKER X LADY MIGNIGHT g/h she started off well in her racing career getting through to the no limit scratch final at the Highland Derby in Dingwall in 1998 when she was 2yrs old , however she wasn't to keen on the piper and when the traps opened Annie flew out and ran back to the caravan, she had a couple of races after that but although she loved to race she didn't like the traps so she was retired at 2 1/2 yrs old, brought her back as a veteran but she still wasn't impressed with the trap area so decided to breed off her in 2004 to Bert and Janes fantastic stud dog the late 2 BECOME ONE, her one and only litter she leaves behind a woderful legacy with LUDACRIS, POLLYSAURUS, KANGAROO JACK and LITTLE DOLL and to beautiful grandaughters IZZY and DUFFY (Little Doll x North To South)

Annie was a big softie allways in your face and under your feet who was much loved by everyone who met her

Sleep tight Annie hope you meet up with your pals Molly and Ben :huggles: :huggles: :huggles:
