First time we've had the dogs checked by Rob and he picked up on a major old injury in Connor's Dream, hopefully working hard together we'll be able to rectify it, he said maybe it will never been 100% right again but we can improve it loads, I was truly shocked when he estimated the approximate distance she was losing per stride  (up to 6-8 inches)

Would definately recommend him, very thorough right down to minor pulls and strains, the best way to treat them and the dogs were 100% confident and quiet with him looking at them.

Definately be back, thanks also to Bert for allowing our girls into his home to be checked over. :)

top man, shows you how to treat, explains what has happened in our terms.

i personaly dont like taking any of my dogs to him but each to there own i say

Well I cannot praise Robert highly enough. If it was not for him my dog's career would have been finished. He picked up what others had failed to notice, told me and showed me how to treat the injury. Through his help, advice and care my dog has been able to carry on racing. I trust him 100%, and as Fleesh has already said the dogs have full confidence in him.

He is good and is a lovely fella, Jude loves him & vice versa, as others have said he takes time to fully explain any problems and picks up on old injuries no problems, he's always done our dogs good . Have had only one instance where we fealt we needed a second opinion (suppose they can't be right all the time) after 11 weeks of treatment & layoff and still no return to form we went to George Drake (thanks to Andy & Shelly) gladly he picked up on something different, told us how to treat it and hey presto the dog goes at takes Sup Rch 3 weeks later!

Well today Jessica started her ultra-sound treatment, twice a day, every day for as long as it takes, check-up in 2 weeks time so we will see if we are making any progress :sweating: .

Applogies photo owners, will remove as soon as I am done ...

All done :)

ROFLMAO! I've heard some remarks before but that one's new to me! Just googled it and apparently it's '' a disparaging word for penis!'' (w00t)

In fairness to them all, I think it's a hard job where your name can be all glory one moment and mud the next.

For the record I've been pleased with both my visits to Rob Meeks and to George Drake.

There's a guy in the North West who many swear by but I did feel he exascerbated my old dog's injury as she came out worse than when she went in. Thankfully Vicky got us down to Kev Reeves who sorted her out. I've since had her down to Rob Meeks years later when she had a bad time with arthritis and quite rightly, Rob refused to manipulate her. I think there's a lot to be said when folk won't take your money and treat regardless. He might not get it right every time (which any decent practitioner will admit) but in my eyes he's got the dogs best interests at heart to the best of his ability.
