comments and ratings are appreciated.

Rocket has really fallen in love with the aerobie... and this is great news for us, cuz he never was a huge frisbee fan like my other whippet Astro. Rocket would play for about 4-5 catches then start to get interested in smells, etc. Now Rocket has the Aerobie and Astro has the Frisbee.

I think Rocket just needed a frisbee that has whippet speeds and distances.... a regular frisbee just wasnt enough of a challenge.

the aerobie flies over twice as far and at faster speeds.

Hi Glen

Wow! Look at him go - he really loves that doesn't he.

I love watching your videos on You Tube, your whippets are gorgeous.

You have a real talent for training them, I have never seen whippets who know how to do so many tricks.

I have just got my first whippet a couple of weeks ago and am looking forward to taking him on long walks and playing with a ball and frisbee.

Give Astro and Rocket a kiss from Auntie Lynne!

FANTASTIC!!!!! :D

Got to get one of those for my whippies

Hi Lynne and Jane!

thanks for writing...

maybe i can give my advice in bringing up your dog...

it is good you plan on taking him for long walks...

consider taking him with you any time you can...

the more time he/she spends with you , especially in these puppy times, the more he will bond with you, be sociable and adaptable.. its great that spring is arriving, it is a great time to get him/her out and meet people, dogs, cats, smells, and get life experience.

he/she will be level-headed, smarter, and more secure, the more you expose him/her to experiences at a young age. if you go to an outdoor cafe or beergarden to meet with friends on a warm day... by all meanns... take the pup and a blanket and a toy. and let good people meet, pet, and play with him/her.

Hi Glenn

Thanks for all your great advice. We plan on taking him to lots of different places this summer, I like your idea about the beer gardens  and will take his blanket and a toy.

I am also going to take him into town so he can get used to the noise and people and traffic and to a park near us that has lots of different animals - sheep, rabbits, peacocks etc so he can look at those.

Good luck with all your videos, look forward to seeing the next one, whenever I need cheering up I always watch the one of Astro saying "we run around" and it always makes me smile. :D

Here is a picture of my whippet Pax.
