Ruby, (with me following more slowly :D ) has now walked more than half of the Yorkshire Wolds National Trail from the Humber Bridge at Hessle. We hope to finish this trail soon at Filey Brigg. :luck: We have been accompanied by my friend Jill, and on some days with her labrador Maizee, too. Here is a little remix of the journey so far Sorry, I didn't have the camera with me the first two days

Hope you enjoy

and WHERE is Ruby's coat in all that rain??? I notice the humans have coats????

looks a lovely place to walk :D

Good on you both. Some lovely dales scenery there. What a great record of your walk. I've not heard of that particular trail, but it looks a nice one. It's so good to be out every day with no other worries other than blisters, getting wet and making it to your next overnight accommodation in time for tea. :)

The OH and I have talked about doing the Coast to Coast walk; but that's as far as we'll get doing it. It won't get past the talking stage, although we've individually walked a National Trail each (OH-The Pennine Way, myself, The South Downs way).

I am a meanie aren't I. :( I did give her a good rub down with the towel though. To be honest she doesn't care when she is running about, just when we had the photo shoot. I have taken a light waterproof for her on other days, but, of course, it didn't rain then.

looks a really good scenic walk,i love been in the heart of the dales

I enjoyed looking through the pictures, its a

lovely place...........Well done Ruby and you

What a lovely thing to do ... we've thought of tackling the Cheshire Way with our gang, but somehow it hasn't happened yet. Thank you for sharing :)
