After the terrible accident at Dawdon yesterday. We will do every thing we can to make sure it never happens again. I'm going to the council first thing Monday morning to either get the boulders removed or if not then moved back. The scr line in now further back than it has ever being so more of a run in than last year. I'm going tomm to get a tarpaulin to put at the top with mesh behind as extra safety. I've asked Colin and Alison if they can bring Acliffs lure for the Lord Byron as Dawdons lure is fast and hard to control if you not used to it. If anyone has any more suggesting then let one of the comm. know.

Is there anyway of getting the track watered Sharon, both my dogs came off yesterday with badly ripped stoppers and tag as done her wrist

The only tap we have is next to the hut which is long way from the track. Unfortanally its the same at most tracks with no rain. Hopefully it will rain this week. While I'm at the council tomm. I'll ask if they can do any thing. All I can say to people is until we get rain then when you run any were tape the stoppers up. Sorry to here about your dogs Dee hope they better soon.

Don't think anyone could ask for more than what you are trying to do sharon :thumbsup: . What happened yesterday was a tragic accident, if any of us could have foreseen it then I'm sure we would have done something about it there and then
