Hi ive just bought salmon oil for my boy's and wondered if anyone uses it and what you think off it? I've read you need to add extra vitamin e is this true?
Thank you

I put salmon oil on Roxy's dinner every night, I use it for her skin, since she has allergies. It does seem to help! And a bottle lasts ages so it's not expensive. I haven't heard of adding vitamin e though
What are you using it for?

I'm just wanting to give it a go as i heard it's great for the dog's health. I read it removes vitamin e from the body? ( think thats right lol)

I guess it depends on what diet they're on in the first place? I don't know if it's possible to overdose on any of the vitamins or whatever in it.

I thought of giving Jasper fish oil but decided it was cheaper to give him a can of sardines every so often. Only I keep forgetting to buy them.

How's it going with the salmon oil @Whippylove?
After Rox finishes the current bottle I think I'll swap to a different oil, as she had salmon and sweet potato food and that seemed to make her skin worse so maybe salmon isn't the best for her :(

@Jack-Russell-Lover I stopped using it, none off them liked it which surprised me, so im going to stick with the coconut oil they enjoy that.
Poor Rox, have you tried coconut oil? Its suppose to be good for the skin.
