It has been a week since Sasha arrived to Dubai... She is 5 months old and we absolutely adore her! :wub:

(Phpto not great.. very dark plus two italian greyhounds running around us!)

Congratulations! :cheers: Sasha is really beautiful. Where did she come from and who are her parents?

We got her from an Ukrainian breeder. It was quite a process to get her here but at the end it all went well!

Both parents and all grandparents are Ukr or Russ champions ( see theirpedigree here). So we just wait and see how she grows up!

:wub: :wub: she sure is very pretty, did she have to be quarantined or is that only on the way back into UK ? All the black and white whippets I've seen so far seem to have been boys so she's going to stand out in a crowd , :huggles:

Oh well - the heat. She wasnt doing very well the first two-three days. I guess the soaring 46-47 degrees were not helping. Even now-she runs a bit during the first 10-15 minutes of our walk and she calms down.. poor baby. My two iggies are running around like headless chickens for 40 minutes with no probs - they are the desert queens.

So with Sasha we are taking it easy. Another month and we can start to add walkie time.

Just the toilet habits are bit of problem - we do have a doggie door for them - but she hates coming out of the house during the day! Belated puppy pads! :b

Thankfully, we did not have to quaratine her-it took a bit of paperwork, health and vaccination certificates and one night at the airport... so we are lucky I guess!

She is a doll - she has a fantastic character! So calm and happy! We just adore her!
