The Scottish Derby.
Hosted by the Scottish Thistle P.W.R.C.will be held on Sunday 1st July at Inch Farm Kincardine on Forth FK10 4AH.
Weigh in till 11-30am.
1st. race 12-30.
We are the only pedigree whippet racing club in scotland and this is our most prestigeous event.
Racing will be over 150yds at half yard a pound. Veterans 150yds. at half yard a pound plus 1yd/year.
We race on one of the best tracks in Britain and up for competition will be jackets for every weight group winner, Supreme winner, Cons supreme winner, and Supreme veteran winner.
The winner of mains,cons and vets,will also win a special four tier Scottish Derby Rosette and all finalists in every group [mains, cons, vets.] will win a Special three tier Scottish. Derby Rosette.
All Heats 1st.-4th will win a special two tier Scottish Derby Rosette.
There is also a heavy weight over height group, this group will also be racing for a jacket and rosettes
All dogs in this group will be handicapped from 32lbs. upwards.
Other prizes will be anounced nearer the time.
If you have raced here before it will be great to see you again.
