I haven't managed to find a link to make a donation. If someone knows what it is please could they post it here? And maybe we could have it pinned at the top of the board? Thanks :thumbsup:

Sorry, Sue :b ....... we are arranging to get Scruples up and running on Just Giving as well, but it's taking a while to get everything into place so, for now, Paypal is the easiest option, or alternatively email us at scrupleswhippetrescue@yahoo.co.uk for details to credit donations via internet or address details for cheque donations

I don't think you can register with JustGiving until you have a Gift Aid registration number, and you can't get that until you have a charity registration number so it all takes some time (and a horrible amount of paperwork) to sort out.

I think you are doing amazingly well to have got so much in place so quickly!

Umm, not much ! But once things settle down on the admin side it will be Jane losing the sleep ... for all the right little four legged reasons though!

Re. JustGiving ... without Gift Aid obviously the benefits to Scruples of using JustGiving are limited, but we can still join (the info is hidden deep within their website) and so make it easier for people to make donations ... and once our income hits the level at which we can register Scruples with the Charity Commission then we will also benefit from GiftAid
