We are hoping to make this weekend not only successful, but good fun for all the racers coming to it. At the moment we have planned( for people staying ) a Karaoke/Disco for Saturday 23rd evening, we do still need to source a marquee for this and of course it would be bring your own beverages :cheers: .( will keep you informed)
Sunday, after racing i have struck a deal with Rob & Kathy of "The Weyhill Fair" to provide racers with a 2 course meal-----Beef or Turkey Roast with Fruit Crumble and Ice Cream for £11.
I will try my best to advertise this as well as poss so all have a chance to book. This can be done on you entry form, a txt or call to 07539910302, email shearing123@aol.com or pm Finalez. I do need numbers for meals by the week before the meeting ( Sunday 17th).You can, of course book meals from the menu as usual :thumbsup
All booked meals will be served @ 6-6.30 ( be aware if you are heading home after racing, they cannot be served @ different times)
Make sure you get conformation from me ( and a booking number)
