Hi, you asked about cage toys, you can of course but ferrets love to sleep so hammocks and a pile of soft bedding for them to bury under and defo the triangle, high side litter tray as unleashed said! (our Sid still doesn't always manage to use it and goes beside it, then sleeps in the tray,but we reckon he's just a bit 'special'!) If you want to have a look at our ferrets, my daughter has an Instagram account for them @ ferrets_floof
The only other thing I'd say is when choosing a cage remember if the bars are wide or flexible in anyway a ferret, especially kits, will be able to squeeze through!

Hi, just had a look at all your bits, the cage looks great for large adults, kits will go through those bars no probs, you have to remember ferrets are part fluid or so it seems! Maybe find a smaller cage for while they are young and progress to that one? The care fresh bedding I wouldn't use, mine have fleece, old dressing gowns, towels, anything like that really that can just be washed and just paper on the floor. The litter for the tray should be dust free, Biocatolet or BreederCelect I use. Any hammocks or the soft cube you book marked are great, but I would also put bedding in it, they do like to be covered and cosy sometimes. The food looks fine, I use James Wellbeloved ferret but they both have the same protein content so should be ok, though as I said their main diet is fresh meat etc and I leave a small bowl of the complete in their cage more as a supplement really. The toys look great, most kitten or cat toys they will love especially if it moves, squeaks or crunkles! Goodluck, would love to see them, I'm resisting the urge to adopt another rescue called Dave at the mo, ferrets can be addictive be warned!! But my Sid and Winnie have such a lovely relationship I wouldn't add another, though doesn't stop me dreaming

Thanks for the response. I can't spend too much money on this as I'm still a 13 year old kid and I've got a budget of around 150 and that's being very lenient. (Ferrets not included they are an exception). I've done all the maths and that's my total but what do you think about just buying 2 adult ferrets? I am fine with that as well and that seems to honestly be the better option. My family is fine with getting adults as well. (By adults I mean around 1 year, where they've grown bigger) I have also gone with the breedercelet choice of litter and since I see many youtubers doing it, would it be sensible to put a fleece blanked in the cube? I will put some raw meat but probably not much because when it comes to knives.. eh I had a bad experience. Since I'm getting older ferrets would the cage be suitable then?

If you're getting adults that cage would be fine I should imagine. My first albino ferret was long and slim so where the cage doors were I clipped an extra piece(I used the front of a cat basket) as she got through the bars where there was the slight flexibility because of the sliding door point. But if they are in your room and it is ferret proofed then even if they get out they will be in a safe space eh. Mine live in the hall and I have dogs!
Yes I would put fleece in the cube, ferrets love to be covered. But also make sure they are not in direct sunlight as they don't handle heat very well. If you don't handle meat/knives well, you can just buy chicken wings and give as is or frozen mice and allow to thaw and give them to ferrets, no need for any knife use then or pork ribs, loads of options that don't need preparation. Check out your local rescue centres that may have adult ferrets for homing.

Thank you for the quick response. I checked my local rescue but they only have ferrets who can be rehomed by them selves, and I'd feel bad for 1 ferret that was left home alone, not to mention it would have no one to play with when it's outside the cage and I'm doing hw, as well as me being at school.
