watched it, it was brill.no wonder his wife left him.eating liver out of a dead deer, sorry but thats taking being the alpha male to the limits. :x i bet he stinks too! :nuke:

yep was good wasnt it but sum bits were a bit :x im glad he cooked that liver first . he could definetly do with a good bloody bath and shave :x

Forgot it was on so only saw the last 15 mins. The mans is mad (w00t) My dogs were very interested in it. He did look very mucky & I'm glad I've not got Smellyvision :x

I was just about to have my tea when he started gnawing on the ribs of a deer carcass....mmmmm lovely :- "

I would have liked to see the whole prog tho so hope it's repeated sometime.

when he started howling to teach the young wolf cub how to howl i joined in and so did all the dogs after a bit. (w00t) (i think they were trying to tell me to shut up!)

My daughter said the same thing Kris..

it was a very fascinating programme - but yes he took things to the extreme - even splitting with his wife and 3 kids to be with those wolves....

and that howling made all three of my dogs watch the TV - totally mesmorised..

It was a brilliant programme!

Talk about dedication to your animals. (w00t)

I'd say things were on the way out with his wife anyway if he was considering doing it in the first place. I felt sad for his kids though when at the end he said that the wolves were his family and friends now. :(

He had amazing in depth knowledge of their world and interactions; and certainly fully embraced it all.

The real teller was when he came back into the pack and was able to fit into the pack as peace maker instead of his previous alpha role. I certainly wouldn't have stuck myself in between the two fighters of the group at feeding time!

We were eating our tea when he was preparing the deer to be eaten etc. Lol, my kids must be made of strong stuff, they were totally fasinated by the green intestines etc whilst munching on their fish fingers.

I bet he stank, but if you wanna get along as part of a pack of wolves, I guess you'd have to. ;)
