First meeting of the new season, a little bit breezy first off this morning, but once the racing got underway didn't seem too bad or is that just cos i'm now sat eating hot crumpets lashings of lurpak and drinking cappuccino coffee Sorry onto results!

It was like puppy heaven today so nice to see all the puppies having their first few outings, Gordons youngster Honey looking lovely, Gill's little girl having her first trip out on the lead and meeting up with siblings Luke and Gemma (Acca x Fat Boy Slim) along with Bella and Jake (Weardale Spot x Just Friends) now I'm smitten with these two lovelies can't pick between the two which is my favourite yet, Bella has inherited her mums waggy tail it never stops. Joyces two youngsters having halfway slips now and both going lovely and so nice to see Sam almost doing the full distance again on his return to the track after breaking his leg last season - good luck to all the youngsters looking forward to watching how they all come on :luck:

A cold frosty morning first thing, racing was delayed until the frost had cleared and some good racing followed. A big thanks to the early birds at the track this morning Chris and Dean who had done a shift before the racers turned up and then thanks to others who contributed throughout the morning :thumbsup:

Another good mornings racing with some very tight finishes again, this shorter distance at 2ft and 1/2 yd/lb is proving to be a close handicap. Well done once again to Lee winning the A Final with Monkey Trouble, thanks to all the workers as usual and hopefully see you all again next week :thumbsup:
