:angry: I wish show societies would send out schedules to ALL exhibitors from their previous shows!!!

I've just missed the entries for Perthshire because I forgot to check dates and nothing came in the post.

It's just so annoying.. but I suppose it's my own fault for not checking the online listing often enough... doh :blink:

I know a few people from our club missed getting schedules last year. We rely on address labels from our printer who automatically print labels for all the exhibitors. The only thing we can think of is a page got lost either at their end or ours.

As for this show - if you call the secretary, if the date's only just passed, they may still take your entry. I know at ours we will take the odd extra entry up till the time the catalogue goes to print if someone contacts us.

We at Glos now do not send out schedules because after doing a survery we have 1500 printed

We sent out 500 and got 35 entries back

We gave out 1300 and got 800 entries back

schedules requests (ad in dog world) 150 and got 75 back

So in all fairness, its seems little point sending them out by post, to get little return.

I do not know if the society you are talking about sends out or not but I do for East Anglian Whippet Club but still get calls from people saying that they have not received theirs. Sometimes it is royal mails fault!!!!
