We watch greyhound racing on Sky Sports regularly - it is on Channel 425. They cover a lot of the NGRC Greyhound Stadiums, i.e. Brough Park, Sunderland, Walthamstow and Wimbledon. (or Wembley)
Very interesting racing and we regularly see Steve (Come on Sue) parading the greyhounds at Walthamstow. Tonight the racing is coming from Sunderland and I think Wimbledon.
It is very interesting seeing the antics of some greyhounds at the finish - once the hare has "disappeared" some start playing about at the end.
Certain Tuesday evenings is for special "Open Nights" and these meetings come from a lot of the Top Greyhound tracks with top greyhounds racing. Charlie Lister has certainly trained some top class dogs.
So if you have sky and there is "nothing interesting to watch" and you like Greyhounds racing turn to this channel - it is usually on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. A good night's viewing in my estimation. :cheers:
