beautiful dogs. what is their temperament like compared to other sighthounds?

He is just twelve months old so typical teenage canine behaviour but that aside he is very laid back and has slotted straight in with my other three dogs no trouble

Sadly there were several in various rescues a while back after an RSPCA case, and I saw and fell in love with the gorgeous Donna at Bath Cats & Dogs home http://www.oldies.org.uk/?p=452

If I could possibly have fitted in another dog at the time she would have come home with me! Luckily she found a fabulous home in the end, as did all the others I think.

I have shown him with some success after bringing him to this country about a month ago and will let him have a go at lure coursing next year .

Yes she does look Sloughi type and very gorgeous

I hope Cleo finds a home soon.

My first introduction to Sloughi's was in the 80's, then a woman down here had some but kept them in appalling conditions, the council were called in and she moved to near Bristol.

I used to handle a dog called Leo in the show ring, he was a lovely dog. I don't know hat happened to him and the others. All very sad.

Good luck with yours, I think they are a really nice hound.

Gorgeous dog! A friend of mine has several sloughis, it's another sighthound breed I love. I went to a talk and judging seminar a few years back for sloughis and azawakhs - it was really interesting I passed the judging course for them
