Yes, but it leaves such a horrible mess to clear up, at least with the beer you can tip the dead ones onto the compost heap :lol:PLAIN OLD SALT DOSE THE TRICK ! CHEEP AS CHIPS TOO :thumbsup:
Put beer in yoghurt pots sunk in the ground where they lurk. I am sure it is something to do with Cornwall being a damp place that makes this slug heaven. Some of them are HUGE. Yuk.
Drunk whippets!!!!!!!!!! You will have to put some sort of cover on the pot!!!!!! It does work and the slugs die happy. :lol:
