Mick & Vick Marchant's 20lb bitch Snow Gem (Snow Fox x Litter Ivy) litter sister to Rch Between Us was mated to their own fine dog Gem's Lad (Cracked It x Vicky's Gem) yesterday. Snow Gem was very lightly raced owing to a chipped bone in her hip but showed a lot of promise before her injury struck. Gem's Lads first litter to their other little bitch Swift Gem's pups are showing great promise and doing all thats asked of them.

Great news I have been wanting a pup out of Snow Gem as she is the litter sister to my own bitch RCH Between Us, who sadly had a stroke some months ago and I was unable to mate her.

Yes Karen the pups you are referring to are out of their other unraced bitch Swift Gem x Gem's Lad, they kept three of that litter so at this moment in time they will not be keeping any of these if the matings successful. They knew Lorraine and Jimmy Watson would love a pup out of Snow Gem together with her fine breeding they felt she should have a litter, but I don't think they will be keeping a pup as at this time they have enough on their plate.

I will pass you good wishes on to Vick and Mick.

That is right Yvonne they are all running well, can't wait to get Eversley Lad on the bends and his litter brother that Vicky and Mick have kept the one with the Nike mark on his back has a terrific stride on him.

As it happens Snow Gem was mated on same day as the above pups reached one year old (hope this is a good omen).
