We welcomed our new chap Jim today! You can see him on the rescue section on here. We're very glad to have been checked, passed and generally okayed to have him- and you can see that he's fairly pleased with his new surroundings :)

Handsome boy!

Here's Rhu saying ;"All right old chap, you can have that space because I'm noble and forgiving"

Little Minnow girl says she's keeping a low profile (and she's got a new duvet so she's loving it)

He is a very handsome boy and looks at home already- lovely photos

lucky you and him certainly making the most of that comfy sofa.very handsome little boy

It hasn't taken him long to find the sofa then

Loads of luck with him - it's wonderful that he's found a home so quickly :luck:

He's such a handsome boy - I hope we're going to see lots of pictures of him and your other lovely dogs

Aww he looks lovely, well done for rehoming him.... At home already by the looks of it :-

He has certainly made himself right at home

Thanks all!

He certainly is impressive to look at- and TALL! we were so surprised that he's actually bigger than Rhu, who's a big strong lad.

If I was truthful I'd say he has greyhound in him somewhere, not because of the height (and he has all the whippet hallmarks) but because of his ways.

It's one of the mysteries of adoption; you're longing to know the parentage!

This is lovely to see - he's certainly landed on his feet!

I'd also like to know how you keep sighthounds and cushions in the same room - we look like we've been burgled most of the time as anything soft gets dragged into the garden and destuffed in seconds!

   He's lovely!   I'm sure he'll settle in, no problems - looks very at home already. Are your other two okay with him?

Haha. He's found the sofa...he's settled!

Good for you for taking in a rescue

 Sooooo nice to see jimmy in his new home with some new pals, he certainly looks extremely settled, he is such a lovely boy and now he's found some lovely new servents (w00t) Wishing you all the luck in the world :luck:

Aha! Yes, if the cushions weren't feather filled, they'd be dead

Their duvets (cheapos from Tescoids) and anything foam/acrylic fibre- filled is liable to be shredded, gleefully!

Jimmy looks sublimely happy

Lucky you!! He is a gorgeous boy
