can anyone give me another tips on reducing the size of a picture without blurring it as you can see my efforts aint great i put mine on paint and reduce em that way

Gor they are rather blinding aren't they. Oh and the socks as well (socks and sandals :- " ). I hope that Chris was wearing sunglasses as he had to work with those all day.
