I just seem to get better results using MF, I pick a spot where I am going to shoot, focus on it (on the the lure twine), pan and when they reach the spot take 2 or 3 continuous shots and usualy you get one good one :thumbsup:Juley said:Hi, thanks for that. I've got a Canon 350D. One more question, why manual focus? I know you must have Al servo, like mine? My action shots are not bad, but nothing like as good as yours.Lloyd said:Hi Juley. I used Today a Nikon D70 with a Sigma 70-200 f2.8 APO DG HSM lens. camera settings: shutter speed priority 1000-1650 (depending on light at the time), iso 400-800, image optimisation-sharper, manual focus, panning. That's about it apart from good reflexes :sweating:Juley said:Great pix, Ok, I'd really like to know what camera you are using and what settings? Pleeeeease
