That's what I couldn't understand, surely he could of gone to the PDSA? Hell if you cared you'd borrow the money and do whatever you could to make sure your pet got help. It sickens me to think how that dog suffered, I hope they're in a loving home now. :luck: As for the bloke well I figure there's plenty seen him walking around with that dog in such a state that I recon it'll just be a matter of time before he get's sorted out.
